Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside search provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a copy of those searches on our servers. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them only to answer your message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems record ordinary server-log details, such as an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
The limited data described above helps us operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Warner Robins offices, Houston County custodians, Georgia agencies, library collections, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy policy. Information submitted there is controlled by that organization, not by us. The same distinction applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That May Receive Data
Providers that host or support the service may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it and do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection serves the site. Server logs are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above. Because visitors do not create accounts, this service holds no visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under Age 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Research did not identify a broad Georgia consumer privacy statute that creates California-style access or deletion rights for all website data, so no such statewide right is claimed here. We can still review our contact mailbox and server logs and remove information we control when appropriate. Submit a request through the Contact page. Public records held by Warner Robins, Houston County, or Georgia agencies remain under each custodian's control. Some government data follows narrower rules, including VoteSafe protection under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-225 and motor-vehicle privacy under the federal Driver's Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 2721-2725.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will be posted here. By continuing to use the service after a revision, you accept the updated policy.
